Naples, FL · Service areas
22 neighborhoods, each with its own failure mode
Coverage is not a list of city names. Where a pool sits decides what breaks first, which is why these are grouped by what actually goes wrong rather than by postcode.

Deck movement near the seawall, coping separating from the bond beam, and a water table close enough to hide a leak until the bill arrives.
Deck movement near the seawall, coping separating from the bond beam, and a water table close enough to hide a leak until the bill arrives. Salt air reaches the mortar bed behind the waterline tile before it touches the tile.

Architectural review governs anything visible from the street, which shapes deck and patio work more than the technical side does.
Architectural review governs anything visible from the street, which shapes deck and patio work more than the technical side does. Many of these homes sit empty from spring to autumn, which is both a scheduling opportunity and the reason automation earns its keep.

Do you charge more to come out to Marco Island or Bonita Springs?
Travel is not quoted separately as a surcharge line. What changes a quote is scope, and scope comes from what the pool needs rather than the drive. If a job is genuinely outside what we cover we will say so on the phone rather than after the visit.
-
Do you work inside gated communities?
Yes, including Grey Oaks, Quail West, Pelican Bay, Lely Resort and Fiddler's Creek. Architectural review is part of the job in those communities, particularly for anything visible from the street, and it usually sets the timeline more than the work does. Worth starting early.
-
My pool is in Golden Gate Estates on well water. Is that different?
Yes, and it changes the finish recommendation. Well water carries iron, and iron stains a light interior in a way brushing will not remove. Pebble and quartz handle it far better than marcite, so the water source is part of the specification rather than an afterthought.
-
We are in Port Royal and the HOA is strict about anything visible. Can you work within that?
That is normal here. Natural stone decking matched to the house is the usual answer in Port Royal and Quail West, and the review process is something to build into the schedule rather than discover halfway through. We work to whatever the community specifies.
-
Which neighborhoods have you actually worked in?
The reviews on this site come from Lely Resort, Naples Park, Pine Ridge Estates, Marco Island. Those are four different neighborhoods and two different services, published with the customers' names.
